The Strawberry Print Bespoke Flower Girl Dress
The strawberry was a symbol for Venus, or Aphrodite the Goddess of Love, because of its heart shape and red colour. The strawberry is said to symbolise perfection and righteousness, and for this reason medieval stone masons carved strawberry designs on altars and around the tops of pillars in churches and cathedrals.
This is a bespoke, hand made to measure pure cotton flower girl dress with a delicate strawberry pattern on a white background. This dress can be made in number of floral prints and colours – please email us asking for the link to the floral swatches.
The bodice is lined and it does up at the back with a pretty pearl button. As we make all of our dresses to order we can make any changes to the styles including: a full button back, puff sleeves, a petticoat or elbow length sleeves, if you prefer.
These dresses are made-to-order and available in sizes 3 months to 12 years (if you would like a larger size please email us).
