If you would like a made to order dress the information needed is as follows and all details of the order must be specified on the form:
Chest circumference
Waist circumference
Length from shoulder to waist
Length from mid shoulder to hem
Age of child and Date needed
Measurements can be imperial or metric.

Size 0-3 months – chest 17″, tea length 14″
Size 6 months – chest 18″, tea length 15″
Size 12 months – chest 19″, tea length 17″
Size 18 months – chest 20″, tea length 19″
Size 2 years – chest 20″, tea length 23″
Size 3 years – chest 21″, tea length 24″
Size 4 years – chest 22″, tea length 26″
Size 5 years – chest 23″, tea length 28″
Size 6 years – chest 24″, tea length 30″
Size 7 years – chest 25″, tea length 32″
Size 8 years – chest 26″, tea length 33″
Size 9 years – chest 27″, tea length 34″
