Delivery, Production times and Tracking information
Ties, Bow Ties and Pocket squares: once the order is placed and the item is in stock you can expect the item to be dispatched within 2-3 days and tracking information sent to you via email. If you need an item sooner or have a deadline – please contact us at [email protected]
Dresses: We are currently working on a 3-4 week production time depending on the quantity of dresses ordered. If you need an item sooner, please email us.

Please allow up to 3 days in transit to deliver to most addresses in the UK, and 7 – 10 days for shipping elsewhere in the world. Shipping times over Christmas can often take a little longer.
Please note that all non UK orders will be sent by standard expedited tracked unless express shipment is requested. We ship via FedEx and USPS to the USA. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping by the carrier thus it is of utmost importance that we know the date of the wedding or event so that we can ship with adequate time provision and ensure that you get your order with plenty of time to spare. We are always able to make arrangements to prioritise an urgent order.
It is essential to provide the correct address for your shipment in the shipping address given when purchasing and also please check that your PayPal address is up to date!
